Kim and Kanye visit kids hospital

The couple were seen arriving at the Hollywood Children's Hospital to spend time with sick kids.

Kim looked immaculate with freshly blow-dried hair, a crisp white suit and a smile while Kanye kept things casual in denim, trainers and a trademark moody stare.

After spending several hours at the hospital, Kim tweeted: "Today is a good day!"

On top of carrying out her good deed, Kim was also runner-up in our Sun poll of the best bums.

The reality star received thousands of votes but was pipped at the final post by Kate Upton.

The rapper — who has been dating the 31-year-old beauty since earlier this year — hopes she'll loose the long black fake hair because he thinks she looks great without it.

A source said: “He doesn’t like the hair extensions, he thinks she is beautiful without them. Kim’s natural hair is past her shoulders and Kanye has told Kim she is a natural beauty and doesn’t need to do anything to alter her looks.”

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is happy to follow his advice and has been changing her look while filming the latest series of her reality show.

The source added to RadarOnline.com: “Kim is following his advice, and as the cameras are still filming Keeping Up With The Kardashians, viewers will see a much different-looking Kim this fall on the show.”

Despite being glad to give up her extensions, Kim recently revealed she would happily go under the surgeon’s knife in the future.

She said: “I haven't had any surgery. I know they always say, 'She did her butt, she did her nose,' and all that stuff, but I haven't.

"I'm not against it — my mother had her neck done and I think they did a really good job and she did exactly what she wanted. So when I get older, knowing me, I'm so crazy that I will probably have something done."
